About the RoleAs a critical member of our rapidly expanding
Growth team, you'll help lay the foundation for a fully scaled,
best-in-class marketing organization focused on raising awareness
of Hinge Health and driving sign-ups. This role will be responsible
for leveraging our growing body of claims data to design and
execute targeted marketing strategies that engage specific customer
segments. You will work across various marketing channels to
identify, analyze, and convert high-value prospects based on claims
behavior and related insights. As a key member of our marketing
team, you will use claims-based data to inform and optimize our
targeting strategies, creating more relevant, timely, and
personalized marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with
internal teams such as Data Science, Creative, Product, and Sales
to ensure marketing initiatives are informed by actionable data and
achieve measurable outcomes.What You'll Accomplish
- You'll focus on building, scaling, and evolving cross-channel
marketing campaigns for our highest risk prospective members,
optimizing targeting and increasing conversion rates.
- You'll use data and best practices to build a strategy and
framework to define and prioritize your efforts.
- You'll identify, secure and manage the internal and external
resources needed to fully optimize our targeted marketing to build
rapid momentum in the growth and evolution of Hinge Health's
acquisition efforts.
- You'll monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing
key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) and adjust your
strategies based on data-driven insights.
- You'll stay current with trends in claims data analysis,
consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously refine
targeting strategies.Hinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that
remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and
disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both
worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office
3 days/week.Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years leading strategy for automated and complex
multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns, preferably for a
B2C product.
- Demonstrated success driving new customer acquisition using
segmentation, personalization, and triggered communications.
- Experience writing clear and thoughtful creative briefs that
provide the direction needed to closely align cross functionally
with design and copywriting teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and
apply claims data to create actionable marketing strategies.
- Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks
efficiently.
- Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently,
learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets.Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with Iterable or other enterprise ESP using
technical integrations to power workflow automations and
personalization.
- Experience working closely with data/analytics engineering
teams to build data pipelines for robust marketing triggers and
segmentation.
- Competence using SQL and/or data visualization tools such as
Tableau for analyzing experiment results.
- Experience developing digital go-to-market strategies and
supporting new product and/or feature launches.CompensationThis
position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits.
Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual
total compensation will vary based on factors such as
qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The
annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $204,000.About
