Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

Currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to support our finance department. The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years? experience in the accounting field. Primary responsibilities will be performing Administrative duties as well as Accounting and Payroll functions.

Duties include:

- Accounts payable and receivables.

- Payroll processing.

- Answer any inquiries regarding invoicing, contracting and expenses.

- Heavy data entry.

- Clerical duties assigned.

This person must be detailed, organized, quick to learn and can work in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
