Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accountant to work remotely in the
USA.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial
reports for accuracy and compliance
Develop and maintain budgets, providing periodic reports comparing
budgeted costs to actual costs
Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with
tax requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline
is required
5+ years of accounting experience with a large public company is
preferred
Experience with month-end close processes is preferred
Technical expertise in General Accounting, specifically in Prepaid,
Other Current Asset, and Tax Accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
