Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day
financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial
records.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and payments, and maintain accurate
accounts payable records
Handle customer invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and assist
in collections
Record journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist
with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting
role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting
software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) preferred
