Job Description:
Our client, a well-known network security company located in
Santa Clara, is looking for a University Recruiter to join their
team!
R
esponsibilities
• Lead the planning and coordination for career fairs and other
university sponsored events
• Participate in local and national university recruiting
events
• Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs develop a
recruiting strategy
• Manage the applicant flow and selection process of candidates
• Work with team to ensure an excellent candidate recruitment
experience for all applicants
Experience
• At least one year in a similar role (college recruiting,
university relations, or similar)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
